Mr Ratnam has more than 31 years of experience successfully developing and delivering all types of residential, commercial and industrial infrastructure and construction projects; to name a few are: thousands of residential flats; thousands of bed hospitals, thousands of room Hotels, million sq ft Buildings; lakhs of crore IT buildings; Lakhs of Crore residential buildings; Carbon plant in Orissa; Roads, Bridges in Mumbai-nashik Highway and a Railway Diesel Locomotive Sheds of Talcher-Sambalpur in Orissa Magarpattai City in Pune & Missionary Buildings in all over India Etc;.

He has worked with Railway, Housing, Healthcare and Industrial projects for PWD&CPWD’s and Indian states “Karnataka, Maharastra, Telangana, Kerala, Orissa, Jharkhand, Assam, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh”.

He has held several senior management roles with reputed companies I/c MNC’s: Vaishnodevi Construction, A. C. Rajan & Associates, Currie & Brown (UK), C. B. Richard Ellis (USA), Cushman & Wake field-PMC-USA, Currie & Brown-UK, My Home, Ramky-Hyderabad and Della Tecnica, Mumbai Etc;.

He is an active politician and providing a significant contribution to indians as President of LJD an Indian party: in “Andhra Pradesh, Telangana,South India & India”educating indians to utilise their vote for new Society with Equality,New System with Distributive Justice.

He holds Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from NITC/REC-Calicut, Kerala, India.
