Mr Hussain has more than two decades of experience in risk management coupled with background in corporate finance and banking. He is experienced with capital raising, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and IPOs. Mr Hussain has been a key member of team for multiple acquisitions and projects such as building materials factory in GCC region and establishing infrastructure and airport company in the East Africa.

As a corporate finance professional, he has worked for Kuwait Finance House (KFH), Warba Capital and a multi-national professional services company Grant Thornton International (GTIL) and also, on the projects with global real estate company John Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). He has Bachelor’s degree in Business and Master’s in Corporate Finance.
